My mom gotten quote and has srranged for guy to come install in bout 10 days time......but i'm hoping to get some inputs if the cost is alright and if inverter is better in long run. Brand is Mitsubishi Electric Currently Quoted non-inverter R22 model MUX-3D23VD. Priced was $1400 with removal of old compressor + blower and installation of new units. Comes with 1 year warranty........compressor 5 years by the company. I requested for inverter model of system 2 and gotten below Brand is Mitsubishi Electric Quoted inverter R410A model MXY-2E20VA. Comes with 1 year warranty........compressor 5 years by the company. Given my usage bout 5 days a week from night 11pm till bout 8am.......would it be advisable to get inverter? And is the warranty duration a standard compared with outside? if u use it more often, better to get inverter so you dun shorten lifespan of non inverter air con. warranty duration should be standard (maybe others can confirm). have u used coolserve b4? if yes & it was good then ok. if not, save yrself the headache & find a more reputable aircon installer Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
