Btw, is the blum system included in the reno package? How much you paid for it?

nt too sure abt the pricing for the blum system.. i just told ID i wan blum system for the kitchen drawers.. never ask him hw much.. :P

more updates:

First piece of furniture arrived today... to be placed in balcony.. but because balcony chengai wood has just been varnished, so we left it in the living area first..

WOAH! this looks gd. how much does this cost? think I saw something similar at "i wanna go home" today. think abt $800+.

$780.. not the cheapest deal i found, but i like the design cos of the handle at the side.. not so 'ROUND'... :D

Your balcony doesn't seem sheltered. Will the swing chair be ok to the abuse of the weather?

coz my balcony also going to be totally unsheltered.

was thinking to get chengal wood decking also, but considering that it will be subjected to all the sun and rain, don't know will be durable or not :dunno:
