Hi,

I ever met them at one of the exhibition at expo before. One of the designer was quite outspoken and friendly. Intend to engage them as they are the only company that try to strike a conversation with me. However, a check with HDB, discovered that they are not a registered company. Furthermore, during that time which is juz a few months back, they do not even have an active website therefore, decide to remove from my shortlist.

Do u know in HDB website there is a list of approved renovation contractors? Would u use a contractor that is not under this list?

I understand that it's difficult to get a renovation loan if your contractor or ID is not HDB-licensed. Therefore, I wouldn't consider them.
