Paiting + Kitchen Flooring

Hi

1).How much will be the price for a 5-room HDB flat painting with 3/4 Colors of Best Paint ?also, any ID/Contractor take up this job if i supply paint? if so how much do they charge for the paiting service ?

2).One contrator quoted me S6 psft for the kicthen flooring ( with $2.50 tiles selection) ? is this a normal price ? What tiles are normally used for kicthen ? Mine is heavy cooking /with kids .

painting ard 1500 to 1600. quote for tiles flooring is acceptable. does it include hacking of floor

Laying tiles in Kicthen Tiles base on $2.50psf- 380sf x $6= $2280

$6 is only for Laying tiles not includes hacking.
