The male owner of this house will face major setbacks & calamity in year 2015!

Why I said this? Here are my interpretation based on the house natal chart:

In 2015, star #1 will fly into the sector where Dining area is situated. In the study of Xuan Kong Fei Xin, any sector where Stars #1, #2 and #5 together, it relates to cancer disease!! Who will get it in the family? I would say is the Male owner or Head of family! How I derive this assumption? This is because of imperfect NW sector, which is called Qian Gua. This Gua is the Male leader in the family, and on top of that, this sector NW is the Heavenly Doctor ( tian yi) according to Ba Zhai or 8 House Theory.

Further, from earlier post, you have seen the "poison arrow - Sha Qi" from the windows of MBR.

All these negative forms & bad readings will pose problems for the male owner / head of the family.

As to what kind of cancer? We can also foretell!!

Not to scare off my sister or potential buyer of that resale unit, but I am a believer of FS & would not take things for granted.

So, when you plot the house chart, always avoid buying a house where stars 2, 3 and 5 appeared together!

What are these combinations or implications? See herebelow:

1,3 : denotes arguments & disharmony

1,5 : illness related to inflammation if the bladder, food poisoning problem.

So, regardless of type of house, these 3 key areas must be included in fs audit.

The only remedy is to introduce Metal objects, lots of metal objects to weaken the Earth energy of stars 2 & star 5. Also keep the place quiet.

That house seems really bad as you have mentioned, it is near the entrance & dining area. How to keep quiet without movements?

Ya Sis, I think this 1 very difficult to have any remedy... Only remedy is shift ! and hopefully the next person who move in suit this type of stars.... (is it possible.... .. LOL) your younger Sis very lucky to have u... now the 1k loss really seems worthwhile.... Just to clarify, the above refers to the negative stars located in important sectors of the house like living room, bedroom, dining room, or rooms where you will spend the most time.

View from another angle. Beside the sink is a dish drainer with pan bought from HSW for pots & pans.

After a few months, the kitchen is still well maintained as I clean it every day!!
