Need to check regarding the doors of this room.. My masterbedroom has something like this kind of layout...I'm facing the problem of the entrance door hitting the wardrobe door ... How did u solve this issue? Thks.

I have door stopper on the top of door frame, and another one at the bottom of door. I have now installed additional stoppers, recommended by forumer, on the door frame (small pillar) right from the top to bottom. I will take close up picture & show you.

My colleague recommended Kriston Food & Beverages and I ordered from the International Menu, which comprises the following dishes for Saturday:

(Note: My colleague does not recommend this dish and I asked them to swap this dish to seafood fried rice)

Just finished my lesson & on way home. While waiting for bus at JE interchange, using my iPhone to update today's meeting with my ID.

Last week, I texted my ID asking when he is coming to close out the project, as I have balance payment for the VO items as well as few punchlist items. ID told me he was on 2 days MC, and his Project Manager was in KL. ID told me his Manager will return on Tuesday, that was yesterday.

Yesterday, ID messsged me to confirm our meeting at 1pm today. Together with my ID, they took down the items which they need to follow up, and I am fully trusting them. They are from a well established ID firm & they will live up to deliver their words to customers. Furthermore, I have good faith in my ID; he is reliable & very responsive person.

In the evening, I got a missed call from an unknown number. Then, I got a missed call frm my son. When I returned my son's call, he asked if I sent 2 guys to repair the sink water pipe. I then realized that the plumber had came to attend to the minor leak at the sink basin of MBR toilet!

As ID had also asked the tiler to touch up the groutings on Friday, I have to ask ID to postpone it as I am having housewarming for my colleagues on that evening.

The Manager is also arranging the plasterer to return to do touch up to a wall which he spotted today! I'm happy that the manager came to my place & check the works himself. I really surprised by their initiatives to provide quality service to customers. Upto now, I remained as a satisfied customers of ClassicIdeas

Continued from above:

I have agreed to settle the final payment for the renovation. As my ID has been very hardworking, I just want to help him close his book as he was frequently queried by his accounts staff why my reno takes him so long to close out. Further, as mentioned in above, both the Project Manager & my ID have been great in following up with every request or any concerns I raised to them. Therefore, I have no reasons to hold back the balance payment any longer.

Anyway, the VO items are less than half of original quotation as I took out some items which are not required.

This is the wooden blocks which supposed to 'chase insects' away! Understand that shelve life is 2 years....?? if I remembered what the seller told me.

Saw the contact numbers in the packing....and will get another 4 packets for storeroom, under kitchen cabinet & wardrobes (it is odourless unless you sniff it..)

not sure if it works for ants...ants haven't built their home at my place yet. Maybe no sweets for them & our house is still very very new & I clean daily.

But I have one effective method of getting rid of ants! The method is very simple: use your table cloth, place a few drops of detergent & wet the cloth. Do not rinse out thoroughly! Just leave the 'soapy soapy' on the cloth & wipe the area where ants appear. You will eventually notice ants no longer appearing on that 'washed' spot.

How I wish our bio- clock slow down the ageing process! But, hey, age is only numbers, won't affect our living at all! Whether we look younger or older than our age, beautiful or ugly, rich or poor, this does not really matter. Important thing is that we must be healthy & be contented with our lot.

.... We stay happy & cheerful as our lives are in our own hands!

Same as when I just moved i, very clean. Even put sweets and sugar, no ants or lizard will come.

But after few months, they magically appear

I will try your method. Beside your method is the method to clean solid top spot also.
