I wonder how can anyone buy furniture online..can't dispute if they take away pictures..won't know exactly how it look like in normal lighting either

If you look at the posts on the forum, even brick and mortar stores are not 100% reliable. Buying online seems like living dangerously.

you can check related information from the website. usually their website should provide you enough information and after that you'd go to their showroom to take a real check. without showroom, how can you determine their quality?
