anyway there will be drill holes on the wall and floor where your basin n toilet bowl sit after u remove it.

unless u plan to replace the new ones back to same position, if nt will see all the old drill holes

I intend to hack away the old sink and bowl and ask the ID to install new ones plus vanity top and cabinet + shower screen / glass panel. I want to tansform both the toliet to modern style at minimal cost. BTW the wall and floor tiles are still in good conditions.

should not be a problem.

My common toilet, I hack the old sink and replace a new sink. Wall still ok. As we tell the contractor to place at the same height to cover the previous hole.

As for the bowl, if you plan to buy urself. Must sure you get the correct measurement. So that the contractor can use back the same hole. I don't know how to explain this. Ask ur contractor for more information
