I am renting my 5 rm at hougang st 91 blk 950 mid floor. Full aircon for 3 bedroom and addition 2 new aircons at the living/dinner area. Newly done 3 years ago.

Lot of kitchen cabinet and built in cabinet. Full furnished. Asking $2.4K. No commission is require as dealing directly to the owner, that me.

This blk 950 is just beside Hougang Point, NTUC festive market, very convenient.

U need to stay more than 5yrs before you can officially rent out all 3room...

My HDB is approved for rent. Btw, avail Jan 2011.

U'll need to retain one bedroom based on HDB's regulation.
