I cannot find a comprehensive to do list for owners of resale flat. What the new owners have to do after receiving the keys from HDB? Pls help to contribute if you think it is necessary to include in the list.

1) Update IC address in ICA.

2) Update handphone telco

3) Update Internet service provider

4) Apply TV license???

5) Update relevant bank

6) Update company HR for new residence address
