bepgof 20 Report post Posted March 2, 2011 (edited) Tell yr friend, he has "missed the boat" for the lunar 1st month of the year liao. - Traditionally, pray to tai Sui is on either 9th day of 1st lunar month, or 15th of the same month. - Again, traditionally, during tai sui's birthday on lunar july of 19, can pray again. - Thank giving to Tai sui on lunar 24th december. Look like yr friend must be feeling unrest & guilty of something. My friend ask Now is it too late to pray fan tai sui Edited March 2, 2011 by bepgof

moondance 0 Report post Posted March 4, 2011 - Thank giving to Tai sui on lunar 24th december. What you mean? Must got thanksgiving to Tai Sui? What happen if didn't?
bepgof 20 Report post Posted March 4, 2011 (edited) Mankind mentality and logic: - loan & pay back, reloan again will be easy. 有接有还 再借不难。 - Ask favour from someone, need to pay to that someone. No pay back, no favour in future. - Ask Tai Sui for "protection" in the beginning of the year for the whole year, need to pay "protection fee" before 冬至 (around 22- 24 dec, lunar, common practice). Protection fee payment = thankgiving. - No fee paid, blacklisted, future request for protection not entertained. Bad creditibility. I request no protection from Tai Sui, so I pay no fee. Got it? Note: The 3 religions, in the world, which believe in only "one God" also practice "protection payment scheme". What you mean? Must got thanksgiving to Tai Sui? What happen if didn't? bk888 2 Report post Posted March 6, 2011 Something to share. My uncle had a severe asthma attack which was a first for him in his 50 plus years on earth. The good thing was: it happened at home and his wife rushed him to A&E. Had he been working [he's a cab driver], he might have died. He attributed his good luck to having prayed to Tai Sui. You see, he has never done it before until last year as he did not see the need to.
