Window Contractor

Hi guys, I'm looking for a contractor to make sliding window for my house, can anyone recommend me a contractor (who speaks english) and let me know how much you think it might cost?

The window should be installed on the outside (so the grills are not touched).

I plan to cover the top half with a permanent glass and the bottom half will be sliding. the size is about 210 cm (height) x 116 cm (width).
