But, isn't that too expensive? 1. As what u said. Many other things can "hide" cables too. 2. Follow trend. Monkey see monkey do. 3. Swee. Subjective. 4. Feature wall makes TV set "outstanding". Another reason is for visitors focus on a specific area when coming into the room, i.e. focus on the good things. Definitely not a necessity, a good to have. So we rather not have a tv feature wall and spend on a swee swee tv set. hiding unsightly wires is good, but I know of many friends who stop hiding them after a while, bc too cumbersome to feel for wires behind the wall. but of course, that's jmo.
