Help With Renovation 3rm

Hello all, I just got my keys to my 3 Room Flat today. I've actually get HDB to do up the standard stuff already but there are still certain things that I would need.

Stuff I still need: (roughly)

- Kitchen cabinet

- Sink

- Stove

- TV Console & Display Cabinet Combined

- Water Heater

- Air con

- Lights

I'm still new to all this and if any of you have any suggestions or advice for me it would be great! =]
