lhotse8501m 0 Report post Posted October 26, 2010 I own a 120W Luxman & a pair of Rogers speaker. I also have tube radios, vintage receivers and turntable from the 70s A bit messy right now so thinking of making a presentable rack to display them in the living room. Some of them will go to the store room.

lhotse8501m 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2010 Thanks for your offer, let me first check out the price of the woods. BTW, what is the common name (in chinese) for woods like White Oak, Walnut , Maple or Birch ?
morganwu 0 Report post Posted November 4, 2010 American White Oak = 美國白橡木 American Walnut = 美國胡桃 Maple = 楓木 Birch = not very sure, coz i seldom use it. should be called 桦木 For maple there is soft maple and hard maple. soft maple is adequate for your needs. dun believe if the sales say you need hard maple. and personally i prefer soft maple's color.
