Geomancer's Hand Chopped Off

Recommended Posts

GEORGE TOWN - FENG shui master Th'ng Keat Seong, whose left hand was chopped off in a vicious attack on Monday, says he really did not see it coming.

Th'ng admitted he did not get any premonition that something bad would happen.

'I am a feng shui expert. I don't predict the future as I'm not a fortune teller,' he said.

Th'ng, 44, offers consultancy services to his clients and has his own shop selling feng shui items in Penang Times Square shopping mall,

He claimed there was someone out there who did not want him in the business due to jealousy.

Th'ng said he was walking to his car after dinner at a restaurant when he was attacked at Jalan Lintang Emas, near Jalan Besi, at about 8pm on Monday night. -- THE STAR/ANN

Actually this kind of thing can't be helped.

A FSM from HK who's good at Bazi told me of an incident. He did some calculation and knew that he would injure his right leg that day. He then rested at home, thinking that he might avert this accident if he did nothing.

In the evening when he was walking his dog in his condo compound, the dog caught sight of a cat and chased after it. The strength of that sudden tug caused him to lose his balance and landed him in a drain. As you guessed it, his right leg was badly grazed. He laughed it off, claiming that he expected worse.

Man proposes, God disposes. We can never outsmart Destiny, only minimise its bad effects.

A couple of years ago or so (I think 2007), I recalled reading a chinese newspaper off the copy of a bus passenger seated in front of me. The news is local i.e. happened in Singapore.

Apparently, the FS master audited the flat of an owner with a very sickly son. The master told them that the flat is no good & is causing the son to have ill health and told them to shift out of the premises.

The owner took his recommendations, and scouted around for another flat that was supposedly ideal based on the FS master's instructions. On the second day of shifting into the new premises, the son's condition took a turn for the worse and died. The owner took legal action against this FS master & reported the matter to the press. He sued the FS master for damages & unprofessionalism, telling lies, & cheating in making him buy many FS items.

However, the FS master was not identified by the press. But it was mentioned by the owner that this FS master has an office & retails shops in commercial buildings i.e. a registered business. Not SOHO (small office home office).

Does anybody have any idea who this FS master is?

What he claimed is true:

FSM is not a fortune teller.

But why nowadays' fsms provide "fortune telling" services - eg, Bazi, Ziwei, Name change, .... into their core business? These "extra" servicesis are "legs" to a snake.!

I hate reading this kind of chinese press article the most. Dare not to mention who, when, where, why, how....Just report the truth lah, why hide here & there, then the article must be based on unfounded "hears & says"!

The article shows photographs but with blurring effects to protect identity. Not sure if it's because the owner is uncomfortable or it's anything to do with the court orders on non-disclosure until the verdict is final?? Many articles in the chinese newspapers always have people who are photographed but with face blanked out.

And if the owners who were suing that FS master disclosed their faces, then their identity is made known & all the neighbours would know & how are they expected to sell their flat later on? Sometimes with neighbours, it's best to keep mum about what goes in within the family... Not sure how people would view them after their problems are shared in the public - some who are "pang-tang" would even treat them like diseases... It's very sad, there are people like that...

Chinese journalists are more reserved and "kiasi". especially those "editors" and "chief editors" - do many filtering, essential parts always not mention and hit around the bush. Look at ST and BT's ways of presenting news - right to the point!

Only those "八卦" "hears & says" need to be hidden here & there. Read = no read, wasting readers' time.

Editors also like to manipulating the "space" - when no sufficient NEWs to carry, he 'll insert some past "hears & sayss" to make whole page look grand! - especially SM and WB. Why I know so well?
