At the very least, we could create decentralized registries where all ownership data would be stored unaltered, reducing the risk of document forgery and simplifying the process of verifying ownership. Smart contracts could automate the buying and selling of properties, cutting down on intermediary costs. Real estate agencies would need to figure out how to audit a smart contract, but they could handle this by either hiring a specialist or using services from external companies.
