kitchen.

The original kitchen is very small and closed up. We hacked away the wall facing the back yard and installed glass doors. Backsplash is stainless steel and table top is black granite.

Nice. Can I know what theme is this? Any pic for living room and other bedrooms, wardrobe etc? Do post them :)

err... "easy to clean" modern theme??

We did not really have a theme, just easy to clean and lots of storage.

Will post up the rest of the pics soon.

Original condition was already quite good. Now you have enhanced it much further. Very pretty. Cheers! :)

original condition is not too bad as the development is around 12 years old. but still quite old and aged as it was rented out for some years.

Hello wind30, it's nice to see an inter terrace blog!

Wow, the reno looks fantastic.

The new MBR toilet looks almost 3 times the size of the old one... love the his and hers sinks.

That picture of the home theatre room looks like a 3D actually.

Congrats on your new home!

Congrats on your new home!

The pics are all taken by my ID for advertising purposes so it was professionally done with some digital edits.

we added the walk in wardrobe into the toilet...

MBR. Some advise. The first design of the bed feature wall has a plain laminated wall with a picture in it. I got the contractor to do up the wall with design so I don't need to hang a picture there. Somehow I feel insecure with a painting over my head every night. And best of all it was done with no additional cost :)

Hi wind30,

Your toilets look sleek and classy. Love the ample storage and the plants give it a nice touch. :good:

Wow! that TV in your home theater room is humongous man. How big is it?

I am looking for nicer plants. I thought the plants are too small after we brought them back. Or maybe change to something else. My wife says they are fine but I don't like them.

Anyway as I said I liked your toilets much better :) I thought ours very clinical. We did not had an ID so we were afraid to try too radical a design. So we went for the "simple" way out. White/black tiles and more space so it is easier to look nice.

The "TV" is a projection screen and is 120" diagonal. 2.35:1 format.

Nice bathroom. Love the double vanity area. Is there a separate shower area? Or only bath tub?

nope. The design for this toilet was tough because the toilet bowl cannot move as we do not want to do coring to shift the sewage.

And there wasn't many bathtubs left because we were looking at ex-stock as we did not have time to place a new order for bathtubs.

In the end it was either the double vanity OR the shower area. We chose the double vanity as this toilet is more for "display" and we will not be using it. The double vanity helps to make the MBR looks even bigger.

In fact we only use the ground floor toilet in the whole house :)
