Any posting here... sigh... my reno too little for any firm to take up, or they simply quote too high, have to take all by myself...

Anyway, whom shall I call to change my internal kitchen window from flipping to sliding?

changing of windows requires permit and minimum already cost 500 buxx...

Oh this is not the main window facing outside... it's a small window between the kitchen and laundry area... so no need permit right?

i think, anything that involves windows, big or small still require HDB permit.

if not wrong, this one no need permit. cos window is not on parapet wall.
