Electric Instant Water Heater Or Gas One?

Hi,

Want to get some advice on the pro and cons of electric instant water heater vs gas operated one. It seems that gas heater is cheaper (~$128 as listed in Citygas), and can supply 2 shower points. But the water temperature is not as high as the electric ones.
