After more than 5 months of house hunting, We finally got the unit we been waiting for. This unit is 15 years old, and we are the proud to be the second owner. Massive work need to be done to this place. Ex owner did not occupy it as he have other properties. Gaining lot of ideas from here and now it my turn to share with the rest. In advance, i do apologize if my reply is late due to work commitment that is piling up and lots of traveling need to be done. Without delay, let start the ball rolling. Agree with you, a check done with HDB, those beam cannot be hack, they put up the beam after they modified the flat to combine 3 and 4 room flat to support the unit. Headache...headache..
