has any1 ever visited Nova shop at TradeHub 21 (Boon Lay Way) near IMM?

had very bad expierence with those sales ppl (might be all malysian or low level sinkies).

overpriced items, with those ugly sales girls/guys showing no grace for the service. only die die must follow you for every move, plus talking no stop. really annoyed

went shopping, and finally fixed onto a dining table there.

Found the same thing at Rozel (AMK) at $100 cheaper but managed to negotiate with the sales person at nova to throw in two more chairs and waive the transportation.

Now waiting for it to come next sat- hope nothing goes wrong. very worried.

Have ordered Queen bed, Sofa bed, dining table, L-shape sofa and coffee table from them and yet to delivery. Hope everything go smooth and with hiccup.

my experience with them is super bad!!! Over priced dining set...trying to force me to add more items, ended up i don't want then the salesman reduced to the price which i initially bargain. Waited 2mths for delivery!!! on the day of delivery, didn't turn up. I waited whole day, then called their logistic the told me shipment delayed. Ok fine, at least inform me don't let me wait. Also, i reminded them that the next delivery make sure is on a sat, no weekday, she said ok. Yesterday, suddenly called said delivery today!!! I said i already told them i want sat delivery why arrange on Wed which i hav to apply for leave to wait. They said coz polling day no delivery. ok nevermind, i asked then to make sure its between 11am to 1pm so i just need to take time off during lunch instead of take leave. They said ok. Ended up they were late. I called them at 1pm they said will arrive in 15mins, ended up came at 1:30pm. I asked to speak to manager at tradehub 21, they said manager off day only salesman around. Asked to speak to the salesman who settle the deal with, said he also not around. PISS! worse still! they only delivered the dining set, without the bedside cabinet. Asked the deliveryman, he said cabinet is another supplier, not theirs. So hav to arrange another delivery. Wah biang eh!!! I will never ever patronise NOVA again! EVER!!!!

I was at Nova Tradehub 21 today. The things are overpriced (even with a sale!). Go behind, there's another row of stores. One of them call Home Furniture sells the exact same pieces at much much lower prices! E.g. dining set I rem Nova was $1300 to $1400 but it was only selling $700 (around there). I also saw another dining set selling at a couple of thousand at IMM, it was going for $885 at Home Furniture.

I was looking for a bedframe with storage & high headboard. Walked around and most were at least $1.4K. Nova quoted us $1068 after GST and delivery charges waived but Home Furniture quoted us $980 with no GST and no delivery charges. After some bargaining, it was $930. Good deal I would say for a king size. 3 years warranty.

I'm still waiting for my refund from Nova, from End May till now..

Freak salesman say can reserve price and if we dont want to buy they refund later..

Anyone have this type of problem..? HELP!

went to Nova at AZ Bldg(Paya lebar),claiming moving out sales.

Was interested in a set of Zen sofa and was quoted $1130.

Actually went to the same place abt 3 mths back and was quoted the same sofa by another sales rep at $1099.

WTF moving out sales is more expensive than the normal sales.
