Kitchen 1) hack kitchen cabinets, wall and floor tiles 2) Install wall and floor ceramic tiles, total area ~430 ft2 3) Cabinet top + bottom total 20ft 4) Solid surface work top 10ft 5) Sliding door ~0.9m 6) False ceiling for lightings 7) Install 5 light points and downlights Toilets (2x) 1) Hack everything - wall/floor tiles, sink, WC, shower 2) Install ceramic wall and floor tiles, each toilet area ~240 ft2 3) Install sink, WC, shower 4) Install glass shower partition ~1.4m 5) Install glass door 0.9m long 2.1m tall 6) Conceal water pipe 7) Install cabinet below sink 0.8m tall 0.9m long with granite top (0.9m) 8) Mirror 1.5m x 0.8m Living room (9.4m x 3.3m) 1) TV feature wall with console 11ft 2) Mirror 2.5m x 2.1m 3) Install ceiling fan 4) L-box 5) Install 22 lightpoints and downlights 6) Change main door 2 Bedrooms (3.6m x 3.5m) 1) L-box 2) Install ceiling fan 3) Install 8 lightpoints and downlights Masterbedroom 1) L-box (4m x 3.7m) 2) Full height wadrobe 2.4m long x 2.45m tall 3) Install ceiling fan 4) Install 8 lightpoints and downlights 5) 2 bedside lamps 6) Wallpaper at bed head 2.5m x 1.5m General 1) Paint whole house (4 room flat) Thanks!! Its a condo??? or HDB unit???...Look to me is a condo cos got conceal water pipe....$25K not possible if looking for good quality material.
