Hi, can PM me your painter contact? how much did he charge?

I was recommended by a friend to contact this painter (Name : Pang). He and his fellow workers are Burmanese but their delivery and painting skills were very superb. If they promised to be by the house at 10am, they will be at your door step at 9:45 am. All floors and non-moveable items were well covered including the entire flooring. I used 2 different types of colors in each room and living hall. The line between the 2 colors was so amazing that I could not find any fault. I told him the color did not come out after the 2nd coat and he went to buy additional paint for 3rd coating. Very nice chap and worth trying.

Just got my house painted by the contractor recommended by joemit (person whom started this thread). The contractor's name is Frank. I am putting up a recommendation again for him based on my good experience in engaging his painting services very recently.

His quote was the most reasonable among 3 quotes I got from different contractors. He is very sincere and knowledgeable in his field and was very kind to offer suggestions on color scheme and other minor repair works around the house. He even helped to fix the room door that was starting to fall apart before painting it.

I had recommend a good painter to this forum before and i believe some of you had already engage him before,

trust me, i am not a relative or friend but just a very satisfied home owner who had engage him 2nd time for my parent

flat last week. (note i am not getting commission either)

The reason i am highly recommend him cos i am also like anyone of you who are worry calling those painter in the paper who might end up doing a bad job or hidden cost.

this guy price are reasonable and he is responsible enough in his job to come back when i am not satisfied with any part of the area he had paint.

Beside this , he had also recommend me a plumber who charge me only $15/- for minor plumping job (without parts) i think most ppl will charge at least $30/- for minor job cos of transportation. (this is the first time i am using him)

For those who keen might want to PM me for both the painter and plumber tel.

Hey guys, if you wana paint your house / offices , i recommend painting contractor because they are very reliable and efficient. Try their service & u'll know what im refering to... i got my house painted by them too, 5 rooms in total... pm me if you wana take a look at the photos...
