Looking For Contractors For Various Job

Hi All,

I have recently bought a house and need to get the various quotation for the below job.

1. Wrought Iron Gate with remote control

2. Polishing of Parquet floor (2 Floors)

3. Painitng of whole house (3 Floors, corner Terrace)

4. Sliding door for the slide of the house, inclusive of hacking of existing wall.

5. Air-con 2xSys 2, 2xSys 3 with installation (Concealed piping installation required)

6. Tiling (Have not thought of what to do)

7. Install & Dispose of 6xWC and Washing Basin (I will provide the WC & Sink)

8. Building of Koi pond

9. Still have other things

Thank you all for the recommendations as well as the request to participate in my new house renovation project, the seller have requested for a 2 week extension as they are unable to buy a house after selling their existing home to me.

So I will only be meeting up with the ID, contractors, freelance etc in end October 2010 to discuss my requirements in details.

PS - Please do not email me with things like (My price can be lower than your lowest quote by 10%) I am looking for only honest and dedicated partners to build my family dream home. Thank you
