Hihi, I am new here and interested to know whether anyone know how much to do a renovation for a single toilet in MBR? Appreciate any info...

1. Will need to hack the whole wall and toilet floor

2. Replace WC, wash basin, mixer

3. Install tempered glass shower screen with swing door + glass door for toilet entrance too

4. Full length mirror + custom made storage below the basin + lightings

5. Rain shower set + storage heater

6. Rewiring of electricity

What u listed can be costly, let me give u a rough estimate in brackets.

I guess u forgot about tiling works which is probably $2000.

Some items i didn't do for my house so i just guess only.

but does not include your nos. 3 to 6.

Storage heater has much stronger water pressure as compared to instant heater hence if installing rain shower, storage is a must else defeat the purpose. =) It doesnt matter if it is a gas or electric connection.
