neubie 2 Report post Posted September 22, 2010 it's more or less the same quality, just take note that those special types, eg, low odor types, all-in-one, wash & wear, light & space (very thin formulation that require multiple coats) are more pricey.... if not very particular about colors, matex will be value for money... catfish 0 Report post Posted September 28, 2010 Hihihihi Which paint is better? ICI Dulux or Nippon Paint? thk you Querty I have tried both ICI & Nippon, it's hard to just compare brand, but you must also take into consideration which range... I personally has experience both ICI "ALL" & Nippon Wash & wear recently when I painted my whole unit. I find ICI ALL adhesion & coverage is very good, meaning I do not need to paint many coat to cover the original base, Nippon Wash & wear somehow I find it rather thin... Well, this is just my personal experience... cheer
maintenance boy 0 Report post Posted October 3, 2010 From personal experience(pls don't flame me if my findings re different from yours ok,im just trying to share). I tried taking both paints with similar quality level on few different locations before and my findings re: - ICI tends to "glow" and have better colour contrast if u paint both brand with the same quality, colour side by side. Espescially under lightings. -Nippon seemto last longer. The choice is yours...juz my view pls.
