Please do take note you can't cut tempered glass to size. Rather you have to buy the tempered glass in that size. You can't cut tempered glass. The glass has to be cut and bevelled before going through the temper process.

I bought a custom made to measure piece of dark tinted glass for my coffee table (to cover the top of the table that had stains on it). I don't think it's tempered but it's 5mm thick. Size was 1180 x 610mm and rounded at the edges. Very well cut. Cost me $30 but self-collection Maybe you can check if they do tempered glass.
