On first appt, my seller suddenly say don't want to sign cos they want to delay the date. HDB officer inform he will not intervene and asked us go outside to discuss and then tell him our decision. After much pursuasion, seller finally agreed to sign and stick to original agreed date. I think then they have to find a place to stay temporarily. why they so bad, wanna chu pattern... buyer very poor thing.. not protected by hdb at all... =( i gonna persuade them to sign on 21st.... POA i think quite expensive.... haiz.. our agent and the seller agent still negotiating... luckily my agent quite good, always help us, if not we don give him commission. (although still not really over yet ) . I also went over to spy take a look a few times even though the house is already mine.. haha.. haaaa.... i gonna build a camp and sleep there day and night to see see look look...
