Hi

Anyone has a good and reliable locksmith to recommend? Has almost finished my renovation and wants to change my main door and letterbox lockset. Also, thinking of the key-alike system for the main door and padlock.

are u refering to the duro lock set for main door, gate & letterbox? i checked with homefix diy shop, duro provides a service to install their products for $40. u might wanna consider that.

But I notice that the HDB letterbox use a different type of key (don't know the name for that type of key). Some cam lock that I saw outside uses the 'normal' type of key. Duro letterbox key is the same type as the existing HDB letterbox key?

I called the letterbox contractor in the town council website. A lady referred me to another phone number and the guy quoted me $40bucks which I think is very ex!

Are you refering to this: durolock

I'm assuming that you are required to change all the cam-lock for gate & letterboc & cylinder dead bolt for the main door in order to have access with the duro-key?

Is that's the case that would set back $173 w/o keys (keys at $10 each?)
