Basically today my flat is having a well-deserved break from the past week of hustle & bustle...so waited for Royal Fanco to deliver all the stuff...

- Pozzi kitchen sink tap

- Crizto kitchen sink

- Pozzi basin tap

Tomorrow/Thursday will be AC rewiring, SCV, Ethernet...

Three electricians came in the morning and have already completed tearing down the old trunking and wiring.

all appear to be laocheks with good experience...working steady poon pipi

Trunking on kitchen walls are nailed nicely at the grout area to avoid cracking the tiles, with glue running the entire strip to the wall...hacksaw (instead of snips) used to cut trunks to correct length...

Main thick trunkings were drilled and screwed (with wall plugs) onto the ceiling instead of nails...

Farewell to old retiring MCB and Greenland brand trunkings...you have served the flat well

EHhh... do they do that? mine stil got 2 "ex-rod" sticking out leh.. sometimes plastic bags got stuck so have to "reach in" to dislodge them leh.. "yucks"!

best is get your contractor to stick his head inside and see what's that 2 rod.... if nothing special about that rod, cut it away or bend downwards, so it won't hang rubbish there lor...

Trunking near the gaspipe will be boxed up....so that kitchen lightswitch and heater switch trunking is not visible...

Trunking at bathroom and WC... idea is to keep trunkings as concealed as far possible...

Worth mentioning they even redo all the SCV and telephone wiring till the outside!!! Quality of the coaxial cables they provide is decent stuff, quite rigid, not the flimsy/soft easy-to-bend type... good stuff

Electrician din work today... but most of the wiring are done. installation of switches and cover up and PG testing will be another day...

so crystal clear....the louvre glass panels are chamfered to avoid sharp corners....

Aircon guys came down to run trunking and piping today...

Class 0 insulflex

Copper piping

Common room piping done

If looking closely, trunking is slightly slanted to allow condensation water to drain towards the bathroom

Joining the R410 gas return pipe... initially I was a bit apprehensive about joining of tubes to extend for fear for leaks as time goes by, called my con and was assured it shd be ok.... so nvm, i took pics of the joints and if next time got anything happen *touchwood* this will serve as evidence....this is the point of likely failure...
