Life On A Treehouse

Recommended Posts

Location: Tampines 3 room flat, resale

Age of structure: 20+

In a nutshell, we collected keys in may 2010, renovation took 2-3 months.

Complete makeover of the entire house.

Me and my fiance has stayed in the place for almost a month and are lovin' it.

In the next few days or weeks, I'll breakdown all the process and purchases in the subsequent posts of our renovation log.

The condition of the flat is original as it's only 2nd hand.
Here are the floorplan of before and after.
As my fiance and I are the only occupant, we decided to hack down the common room to make our living room BIGGER.

Love what you've done to your place!! Very ikea-ish!!

Can see that you have already made preparations for little ones with your kiddy sink!

Love the whole pine wood on white look you have for the whole house. No fish tank for the new place? If you're the same namesake over at AQ. haha

AQ!

Haha, I'm setting up a vivarium once I get my wedding done in oct.

So tiring, house and wedding, and then kids soon.

Gone are the days of having all the time to myself and the fish tanks.

I got it from Helping Hand, $290. I love the raw-ness of the bench, it's heavy heavy teak wood.

Every piece is unique, so if you're not hard-up for time, just wait for every of their shipment and decide.

Shoe rack is from USA, Container Store, currently my favourite shop in States.

Forgot the brand, it's 36 pair over door shoe rack, at the price of US$30, S$40.

Good luck!
