Rivervale windows got 4 sections that are able to open, Fernvale only 3 sections can open Rivervale wall between the floor and window is 500mm while Fernvale is 750mm so Rivervale is slightly bigger Rivervale only 2 LRT stops to Sengkang NE line but Fernvale many many stops Rivervale can get 'river' view and views of the greens(at least in the unit i selected, block 178C). U got the Facts ! good.. i wld be choosing Rivervale too.. any idea how long it wld take to build? recently i realize that sengkang BTOs are build at a faster pace..not sure why.. but BTO in other areas like Woodlands seem so slow... that woodlands bto was in 2008 and recently when went past the area saw that it is still in 4th floor... that is so slow..
