manfromars 0 Report post Posted September 5, 2010 Hdb require the renovation from seller on the window to be restored. However, seller hasn't completed it and hdb has postpone the 2nd appointment to the last day of the '8 weeks'. May I know what happens if seller do not restored the window before the date? Will the transaction be considered as completed?
therat 18 Report post Posted September 5, 2010 No. The transaction will only consider complete when HDB has close the above issue. Call the in-charge HDB officer what will happen if the seller didn't close the issue before the due date?
