Photos of what you have and the new one would be helpful. You could just get a local handyman to do it. We swapped out 4 crystal lights for Ikea cheap ceiling lights before selling out place and get a handyman in as I do not have high powered hammer drill capable of going through the reinforced concrete for the new fixings. It was something like S$30 for the first light and S$15 for each one after that. If you have the tools you could do yourself and I could give instructions after you post the pictures.
