Nippon Easywash Paint, How Washable?

Dear all,

We have just got our walls painted with Nippon Paint EasyWash and found that once we use a damp cloth to clean away the dirt on the wall, it will leave behind a slightly darker imprint "wiped off" mark on the wall. Is this typical of EasyWash? Or am I being conned into believing my paint is EasyWash?

Is yours a dark coloured wall or white?

Mine doesn't leave any marks on my white walls
