Need Help To Bend Metal For My Curtain Bracket.

Hi All,

Due to the design of my window, I can only mount the curtain rod bracket on the ceiling. I purchase a hook bracket but still need one part to be bended to fit nicely. it's 2 -3mm thick will normal pilers/wrench can't do the job unless I'm incredible Hulk.

Anyone know where do they provide such service? Thank you.
