He is asking me a favor to look for a whole unit in Sengkang area or preferably very convenient to his working place in Harbourfront. Looking for a 1 year contract starting this November 2010. Rental amount $2000+ per month for a 5i. Need not worry about his background, as he is working legally as a vessel superintendent. Very prompt in payment, staying alone most of the time, and need not worry about cleanliness, coz its proven as he is my current tenant. For more detail regarding my current tenant, pls PM me too.
