Quote For Reno Work

Hi,

Require urgent quote for reno work to be done to our condo.

1) remove small cornice from living room and dining room approx 20m worth of cornice & plaster back.

2) change toilet floor tiling (floor sq area approx 4 sqm) and removal of a glass shower screen (about 150 cm length)

3) labour cost of removal of 2 built-in cupboards ( 1 is 150 cm length and another 200 cm length)

4) relamination of 3 built in cupboards ( 1 is 150x60 cm , another 200x75 cm length and another 180x60 cm length)

5) relamination of kitchen cupboards ( 550x60cm lower deck, upper deck 150x60cm, total 14 doors, pls note we intend to relaminate the door NOT to change the doors)

6) change of airconditioner (5 external units) + flushing of aircon piping

7) labour cost of painting ~1300 sqft apartment (we will be sourcing our own paint)

8) labour cost of installation of new toilet sink & tap plus removal of the old sink (we will be sourcing our own sink)

9) fitting of a 150x 150 cm simple window for backyard
