Agent says view to offer. I casually reduce the price by 100k, and look away. Guess what? Seller accepted my offer. Til today, I still wonder why he sold me at that ridiculous price. salavanun 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2010 yesterday my frend went viewing 3 units in jurong east. 1st 5A model valued 420k sold 467k. 2nd EA unit without valuation but expected to be ard 505k sold at 560k. both 1st week listings.only 1 unit 5I was hanging coz pR ratio filled even thogh only 20k asking cov.
