collected our keys on 6 august, and the reno guys started some minor works on 20th august.

thanks, everyone. yes... the previous owners maintained the place pretty well. we are going to keep the kitchen as it is, but will probably change the sink tap, and also want to add some kitchen cabinet organisers. still sourcing for that.... considering Blum, Song Cho or Hoe Kee. any advise? heard that Blum is not stainless steel.... not sure if will rust or not.

we are also going to hack away the wall between MBR & BR2. the current MBR is very small.

aircon trunking gone.... so many holes now. :(
