Thanks! But can't seem to find something that can allow me to load my floor plan to work on. Do i need to draw the floor plan out first, then can do the layout planning?

You can also upload your floorplan photo on floorplanner.com. And draw it based on the outline then sync the measurements

I think smartdraw is an ideal software not just for floor plan but also for home plan, landscape. deck, etc. Google it to more about smartdraw. I guarantee you, its the best.
