Chinese Rosewood Ideas.

hi guys...

i am shifting to a new place and would like to bring along my living room furniture which unfortunately is rosewood!

the chinese with mother of pearl kind.

the new place - unfortunate again - has black shiny flooring which i do not wish to spend money to hack... cause the flooring is so new and nice.

has anyone attempted to design their living hall with rosewood furni and black flooring?

heheh.. me too.. i m also having oriental style for me new place as i have a rosewood sofa set and TV console.

consulted a few IDs, plus my personal views, i concluded that with such furniture, u will need to paint your wall white or a light colour so that the place will look more spacious and the constrast between white and rosewood will be nice..

you can search for pics online on grand shanghai restaurant near grand corpthrone.. it's deco is oriental and tasteful.. perhaps can help on your research..
