nesh 0 Report post Posted August 14, 2010 Recent Hdb BTO of yishun is right underway. queue no have been given out.. my queue no is 300+++ first appointment is in Mid Sept looking forward to it as this is my First home.. total of 6 blocks... with top level at 13th floor.. why i took yishun is that i realize the projects in yishun is extremely fast. i mean the flats wld be build at a fast pace. not sure why..but the projects in yishun are build at a fast pace. hopefully wld be able to get my unit by 2013. what are the documents to bring? any full details pls kindly let me know.. thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Extracted from HDB site Registration & Selection You will have to bring along the following documents of all persons listed in the application for verification and registration of the application: Identity Cards Birth Certificates of your children: for proof of relationship Passport for Non-citizens to verify residential status in Singapore Income documents: Employed Persons Latest original payslip; or Latest income letter from employer (which must bear either the company's letterhead or stamp and the name and designation of the signatory) stating the current gross monthly income of the employed person Self-employed Persons Statutory Declaration* to declare the average monthly income for the past 12 months;and Valid Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) Computer Information (Business Profile) / Valid license of business / trade; and Latest income tax assessment; or-Statement from Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Edited August 14, 2010 by forgotten Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

No, option fee + income documents already have to be produced at your 1st appointment, Selection of flat. If HDB decides that you are not financially capable to pay for the flat, HDB will deny you from the BTO. At 2nd appointment, you will sign lease and pay 5% of the flat price + stamp fee.
