fencer 0 Report post Posted August 15, 2010 Talk 'bt contractor! Sigh sigh big time We only asked quotes from 2 contractors - one super ex, the other one's pricing quite below average or average. So we chose the later. Now sort of regret not reading up ppls' blog on RT, e.g., like I would have chose Jaskal? Cos in the near final end of our reno, our contractor's organisation skill (in co-ordinating all the different groups of workers to do the reno) quite screw-up. Plus I think he sub out the jobs, hence our reno dragged on for so long with days of doing-nothing in between Do any of you encounter such problems? Fencer, nope, I can't even upload photos here, how to start blog? Mine also loh.. some days, no one is working at all esp near the end.. i was assuming my contractor is multitasking "efficiently" so no ask him abt it.. But end up is not.. Even rectification part was quite slow, those that was eventually done of coz.. Ha.. start blog so can share share mah.. ppl can appreciate your home also.. got good and bad on contractor/ID also good to share for those going to reno mah.. To start blog, go to the start of renotalk page (where u can see see all the forum topics), click on the "NEWTOPIC" to start. To post pics, upload to a server like flickr. Creat an account, upload and when u go to see your pic, there's a button wic says "Share This".. After wic, click on "Grab the HTML".. search for src portion.. and just copy that part.. "http://farm5.static.flickr.com/********32.jpg".. When replying in renotalk, just use the "Insert Image" button and you're good to go.. Ha.. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Wan me use me camera take pics for you 1st? at least no miss the part of reno.. iphone 4 not that fantastic leh.. reception issue i tink over-exaggerated ba but.. the phone itself.. yeah faster battery life longer.. but personally I don't feel it's a quantum leap from 3GS apart from the face camera which allows for face time.. From SBH @ Changi rite? valkilmer 1 Report post Posted August 18, 2010 yeah man, they are from sbh =) i donno what else to choose from there siah. nothing really caught my eye. i got a dilema for my rooms doors as i have ordered 3 basic doors that i have to choose from this range but i absolutely dont want any indentations or patterns on the door, something like this kind.. are such doors expensive? how much do u guys pay for such a door i wonder?
