I have a plan to renovate my 3room flat.As i have the limited budget to reno,i need some info,

Anyone knows that what are the pro and cons about overlays Tiles on the terrazzo. and what would be the price different between 1)Hack/lay tiles and 2)overlay tiles on the terrazzo.3)Polish the terrazzo.
