the best i have done for my wall mounted TV is get those snakeskin cable organiser, bundle all the AC/HDMI/RCA/S-video cords into one big bundle and that's the best possible neatest way.

If your TV is wall mount, get plastic trunking to contain your TV wire/cable. Plastic trunking has to be mount on the wall as well. Then paint the trunking same color as your wall.

u will need to get those broad trunking strips to fit in all the cables side by side, some cables too thick cannot stack.
