Questions? Villa Theme?

Hey pple, my first post here... i got my place in punggol but it will only be ready in 2nd quarter of 2012...

I went around the forum... i've got several questions...

1. can i start to look for ID now and ask for quotation? is it too early to check out now?

2. i am extremely interested in resort villa theme.. what kind of budget should i set aside or expect - cuz i dont have any budget in mind now? I surfed around and realise that majority pple are spending around 30k, do correct me... cuz i'm really lost..

3. are there any ID that are specifcally doing villa theme? or if not, any recommended IDs?

You are very "kiasu" , now is definitely too early to do any quotation, as prices will change within months not to mention years But I can understand the excitement of getting new house and doing renovation. My suggestion is that you source for everything around Nov / Dec 2011, it will be just nice.

My house is actually renovate base on Baliness Resort Villa theme ( but very simple ), you can view the renovation done at this website : http://www.samloproperty.com/recentsales.aspx?pid=13688, click on the Redhill Close icon. Its a 4 rm flat.

If you like it, I can share with you more on my budget, and where I get all those furniture and can also recommend you the ID. I would say he did it very well and beyond our expectation.
