My one is the about the same just that mine is the mirror image of urs , my design not much design for mine I keep it simple. Mostly kept wat the previous owner reno cos it is usable I am at 682D. ur is much nearer to the MRT

Well u got a nice kitchen mine , ur ex owner went for a open concept for ur service balaney , mine went for seperation may thinking wait cook the clothes u hang will get for the smell of the food

Nope. This is a Chinese family. The COV in this area is typically higher and higher. Now that it adds a new CC, price may go up again.
