leitmotiv 0 Report post Posted August 7, 2010 Welcome to RT! Your floor plan looks really unique. What are you planning to do in the triangular space for the bedrooms? I've never seen a kitchen with corridor-facing windows...
gals_mama 0 Report post Posted August 7, 2010 Welcome to RT, You have casement window along the corridor? Open concept kitchen or dining area outside kitchen?
coyoteapple 0 Report post Posted August 8, 2010 Hi Leitmotiv, One of the rooms i am leaving empty, dunno my in-laws will move in or save it for baby room. The other room will be study room and we intend to have a long study table so that my husband and myself can sit together. Intend to have a TV inbetween so that i can surfnet and watch tv at the same time. My husband and I always multitask, well watching tv and doing some other thing....haha... The kitchen is not facing the corridor, its a closure and it's facing the service balcony. Hi gals_mama, No, i dun have the casement window along the corridor, well i like this unit because of the walkway to the MBR and no windows at the corridor. More privacy when there are guests. coyoteapple 0 Report post Posted August 22, 2010 (edited) wow so gd deal man.. Last day of MEGATEX. Check out today's Straits Times for the good deals (those limited sets offer). Cos I went there on day 1 and saw the price shown was $1449. Then on day 3 (yesterday), I saw this ad in the newspaper. The price is so much different!
